We have a $100 minimum service charge for residential work and $200 minimum service charge for commercial/retail business work orders. Pricing is based on complexity, time and materials. If we supply materials, a pickup fee may be added for large orders or multiple trips. All pricing will be discussed and agreed upon before starting any work. Contact us for an estimate.
